One fun idea is to fill two rubber gloves with water, tie them off and freeze them. When the water is completely frozen cut the rubber off and set the "frozen hands" in your punch bowl. It makes for a very cool effect. Just be sure to freeze them with the fingers pointing up so that you create a flat surface at the bottom of the hands. This will help them to stand upright in your punch bowl. Also, rinse the gloves out thoroughly before putting the water in. Many rubber gloves have baby powder inside and that would not be very tasty.

Fun Activity
I used to love paper dolls when I was younger and I must confess that I still do. My favorite paper doll site is Kristina's Printable Paper Dolls. I print the dolls on cardstock paper and the clothes on regular paper. For young children Barbara & Betsy are the perfect alternative.

I have curly hair and it is a constant battle to keep my locks shiny and tangle free. Recently an old farmer suggested I try using Show Sheen, a product they use on horse's tails for shows. I thought he was kidding, but when I mentioned it to my hairdresser, she said she'd heard good things about it. Guess what? I tried it and I am so impressed. My curls are so shiny and barely no tangles. Those of you with curly hair will understand my excitement. I do not have any facts or information on the product other than I tried it and I love it, so try it at your own risk. It just might be that miracle product you've been looking for. I bought it at a farm supply store. It is in a huge spray bottle and after washing my hair I spray it all over, add mousse and dry with a diffuser. The result... absolutely gorgeous, shiny curls.
