Did you ever notice bits of mascara on your eyelids or under your eye area right after you finished putting on your makeup?
Yikes! Pause and resist the urge to get it off right away. It usually smudges if you try to remove it while it is wet. Let it dry thoroughly and then use a dry Q-tip to take it off. It will come off without ruining the makeup underneath.

Bouncy, curly hair is back in. Thank God! I have curly hair and the straightening trend was too damaging to indulge in on a regular basis. Now my hair will be trendy again with hardly any effort. If you don't have curly hair invest in some big curlers to give your hair bounce and attitude.

Need a nourishing treatment for dry skin that won't cost a bundle?
Try mashing 1 ripe banana, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 egg yolk, and 1 tablespoon of oats into a creamy paste using a fork. Apply this paste to your face and leave on for 10 minutes. Gently remove with cool water and pat dry with a towel. Oh the luxury! Now that's a spa treatment you can afford to share with all your friends.

Want a cool fashion tip to dress up those old, boring pumps (shoes)?
I recently saw a fashion consultant wrapping ankle/wristbands around the center of shoes (between the toe and the heel). She used sports bands and it gave the shoes a very fun, funky look. There's probably a whole lot of ways a creative woman could expand on that idea. Give it a try. You might surprise yourself.
