For my party, we threw a Glow Stick Party and it was AMAZING! We bought hundreds of glow sticks and I decorated my yard with them. My friends and I jumped on the trampoline and swam during the day.

Later that night I brought everyone inside. Then, I ran outside and snapped every glow stick. I also had lights outside. I dropped glow sticks in the pool and then I let everyone outside.

We went swimmming in the dark lighted by glow sticks. It was great! We even had a bonfire and fireworks.

We had food set out for everyone, and watched movies.

For a Glow Party all you need are glow sticks, lights and bright fun colors.

As a back up plan I cleaned my basement in case it rained.

TIP: Decorate the morning of to make sure the glow sticks don't get rained on, and you won't have to spend extra time on the glow sticks that night when you can't see. Also buy extra glow sticks for your friends to wear. Its a fun great idea that I love!

If you don't want to wait till summer to do this, you can take a basement, bedroom, or somewhere far from the main room (girls can be loud) and just cover the room in glow sticks. You could also buy anything that glows... shirts, nail polish, etc. They also make glow shapes. You can be in the room most of the day and at night, that's when the party starts!!!
